Refunds & warranty<\/h2>\n

This policy covers digital keys, licenses, accounts and upgrades purchased from KeyMint. Coverage and warranty periods follow the product information shown when you placed the order. A product’s usage period is not automatically its warranty period.<\/p>\n

Contact support@keymint.pro<\/a> with your order number for cancellation requests, missing delivery, invalid keys, inaccessible accounts or incorrect items. Report problems promptly within the applicable warranty period and include a redacted screenshot. Do not pay again for the same order without checking with support.<\/p>\n

For covered issues, KeyMint will investigate and offer troubleshooting or replacement. If the promised product or remedy cannot be provided, we will discuss a refund for the affected portion. Activated keys, used accounts and completed upgrades are not refundable solely for a change of mind, without limiting applicable statutory rights.
